Jimmy P. Hoffa’s International Brotherhood of Teamsters (IBT), as well as the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers (IBB) opposed the endorsement of Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton, according to newly released emails from Wikileaks.
The powerful North American Building Trades Union (NABTU) endorsed Clinton in December. The two large affiliate unions, the Teamsters and the Boilermakers, sent individual letters to the president of the NABTU, stating their opposition to the endorsement vote.
An email released by WikiLeaks from Hillary for America’s labor outreach director, Nikki Budzinski, to Clinton’s campaign chairman John Podesta and other campaign officials revealed the situation.
“Hi guys I wanted to flag for you both of these letters that the Building Trades sent over to me today,” the email starts out. “After their [NABTU] endorsement vote, the Teamsters and Boilermakers today sent individual letters (attached) to President Sean McGarvey stating their opposition to the endorsement vote,” Budzinski continued.

It's coming out Hillary is for big corporations and big government to control all of us.
ReplyDeleteThe IBEW supports her also, but every member I know is voting for Trump.
ReplyDeleteUnion brothers and sisters, get out there and vote for more jobs, not more money taken from your paychecks for people who won't work even when there are jobs to be had. Hillary is another Obama, and you can see where that will go if she's elected: more promises and no action. Ask the people in Upstate New York about how she did with her promise of 200,000 new jobs, which ended with a loss of nearly 2000 after her eight years as senator.
ReplyDeleteHillary is not the answer.

ReplyDeleteWho's their doc? I've been denied 2 separate times. Now I'm waiting for a court date. It takes 24 months for a court date.
DeleteUnions are nothing more then sellouts to hard working Americans. Hoffa sucks.
