On every level of government, can you really trust closed sessions anymore? Why is this tolerated?
ReplyDeleteWhy is it every time I turn around the City is having another closed session? What exactly is going on in Salisbury that needs to be kept from the public?
ReplyDeleteIf this is a City Council work session then why the Hell are they using a Jake Day, ugly letter head. Are they that controlled by Jake Day that they are too stupid to have their own letter head. Jake Day does not own you 5 idiots!!
ReplyDeleteSalisbury Maryland charter section IV, 4-2; that's why because everything that's been done from the very top on down is a fraud and illegal!! Until that is fixed this city will continue to be nothing but chaos
ReplyDeleteDidn't this sort of meeting by the Worcester County Council get them into hot water when it was challenged by the media a few years ago?
ReplyDeleteThe media needs to challenge the city charter out in the open and find out why there were "special" exceptions allowed to certain people. It's flat out deception and violation of any all laws pertaining to local government ethics
ReplyDeleteWhy is the city council meeting about personnel/human resources issues and restructuring at all. Is it actually to tag along with the president of the county council to take over all personnel operations from the executive which he is responsible for? Me thinks it is that is why they are rigging the system behind closed doors.
