SFD was dispatched at 3:23am to go to Seagull Square on South Sby Blvd for a possible sexual assault. 20 yr old female.

    It has gotten to the point it just isn't safe to be anywhere in Salisbury. What the hell is happening to this city? It can't be lack of taxes paying for all this. I would suggest to Jake Day he spend the money on policing the streets in this town rather than waste money trying to breathe life in a dead downtown. There is nothing to draw people there to shop and if there was, no one is safe.
