Lost Wedding Band

I found this wedding band at Fenwick State Park beach in Bethany, Delaware. I would like to return it to its owner. There are initials inside with the wedding date. If you can identify it, I would love to return it. 631-495-3445

    It doesn't have a ring of blue diamonds around it does it?

    If it has a ring of blue diamonds, it was lost by a man rescuing someone at the beach. There is an article in the Daily Times about it.
