ReplyDeleteA lot of people have, as the current TV ratings are showing. The NFL refuses to acknowledge that this 'movement' is in any way related to their decline, but that is nothing new. They have learned from our government how large the hole has to be in the sand for the head to fit.
ReplyDeleteI have turned it off, too. I can't say that I miss it.
ReplyDeleteHave not watched a game this season nor followed / kept up with my team. Will not go back until the NFL grows a set and suspend these nuts for a full season and dock their pay the entire suspension. Also with a clause that their contract will be mandatory review and renegotiated. This does not mean donations to certain causes. They can lower the cost of tickets, jerseys etc.

ReplyDeleteThey are in uniform, and 'on the clock' at work. So any and all of this disgraceful behavior is being condoned by the owner of the various franchises where it occurs.
I don't like the Cowboys but I salute Jerry Jones for taking a clear stand.
