Flag Status Alert: Maryland Flag is at Half-Staff

This is to advise you that Governor Larry Hogan has ordered the Maryland State Flag be lowered to half-staff effective immediately, Thursday, October 6, 2016 and returned to full-staff at sunset, Saturday, October 8, 2016. This is in honor of Staff Sgt. Adam S. Thomas, who was a Special Forces Solider from Takoma Park, Maryland that died on Tuesday, October 4, 2016.
