I agree with you. The city copls are too lazy to enforce the law and the leadership in the city is too stupid to make them do it.
Every time I go to Walmart I count about 10 cars in the Fire Lane and no one is doing anything about it. Doesn't the Salisbury Fire Department have any authority to do anything? What about the County fire inspector or the State Fire Marshal's?

fire lane isn't long enough to hold ten cars.
