    If they can warm the water ahead of the storm using HAARP or other radio frequency, they could make this thing blow up into a monster storm.

    This will be quite exciting to watch in the next few days.

    HAARP can also be used to steer the storm as was done with Hurricane Sandy.
    Once a person understands the physics of HAARP, one realizes it is quite easy to steer hurricanes.
