You have a stranger in your home, raping your daughter, and you're not supposed to shoot him?! Even if the daughter was OK with this and had invited him over, the home owner had not allowed him in the house and it was statutory rape.

ReplyDeleteThe age of consent in Oklahoma is 16 (same as Maryland). The only crime was the shooting.
