    "Unclear why Roop drove between the two stopped vehicles" ?! Really? Lol.
    She was driving while drunk. Could have rear ended either other car, but she got lucky.

    HELLO.....THEY DRIVE LIKE THIS OFTEN GOING TO O.C. THIS ONE WAS CAUGHT...mostly, I see BLM groups on Motor Cycles doing that...
