Donald Trump blasts DNC speakers and accuses Obama of ignoring the 'real' issues

The Donald Trump campaign derided the third night of the Democratic Convention in Philadelphia and issued a lengthy response to those who gave speeches during the evening declaring, 'Tonight was a sad night for the Democratic party.'

The statement which was written by senior policy advisor Stephen Miller, says that all of the night's speakers that saw Joe Biden, Tim Kaine, and President Obama take to the podium, ignored the real problems facing Americans and showed how disconnected they are.

'Instead of dealing with reality,' the statement says, 'they spoke in cheap, petty terms beneath the dignity of a convention.'
