    Is there an app out there that will alert when you post a breaking news topic?

    Using feedly but don't see a filter setting, I only want to get alerts by special ringtone or vibrate when you post a "breaking news" topic.

    Saw ASAP poop truck also cause a accident pulling out if front of traffic south bound acroos 50 @forest grove road. Really really close.
