Black Male Dies In Ocean City Police Custody 8-7-16
A black male died in police custody last night at the Ocean City Jail. Apparently the subject ingested a large amount of drugs during a drug bust. No foul play is suspected. The black male subject was approximately 40 years old. Ocean City Fire/EMS were unable to revive the subject. He was pronounced deceased at Atlantic General Hospital.

Just because we have better sources then ANY news media site on the entire Eastern Shore, it seems your jealousy and envy is flat out mental. Instead of seeing all the good we do for our communities, you act like a typical Liberal with hate and attacks.
There isn't a hateful, racist bone in all of our bodies within Salisbury News. We tell the truth and we expose the very things your controlled main stream media tries to cover up.
If you can't stand free speech or the first amendment, by all mean, LEAVE US ALONE AND GO AWAY. However, you may want to at least come back January 1st and see the traffic we have enjoyed. I will prove to you and every other media source that they are NOTHING any more, NOTHING!
Losing your traffic is flat out laughable and you will see why in just a few months.
Actually,Joe, the EBTa blog is the most racist thing I've ever read! I couldn't believe the attacks he allowed the other day. Just because you disagree with a man, you don't attract his wife and children. The comments were beyond contemptible. You would never have allowed it.
Joe Albero you are exactly right. There isn't a racist bone in anyone who is a faithful follower of this blog. The speak the truth and some of the hardest hit people happen to have been white who were given the run down on this blog-Thomas Leggs, the Pittsville town thief girl and many others. Bad is bad and all are called out. This blog and it's followers are color blind.
Well this is certainly NOT the OCPDs fault! He swallowed the drugs, therefore he killed himself! I'm sorry his life is gone and his family will be upset, but there's no one to blame but him! :(
I just can't understand why people do drugs , alcohol is bad enough , but this crap will destroy you . Sorry for the loss , his family is probably in disbelief.
A person is having trouble breathing and you should immediately administer Narcon after 2 hours in the booking area. Sounds like you flunked out of Med. school, or like others blame the OCPD for the person's bad judgement.
How does anyone even know if narcan wasn't administered. It doesn't work all the time and it only works on opiates. The PR says other narcotics besides heroin were found on him.
