  1. Contact Kristy Hickman she is running it this year. That's what I heard.

  2. 17 bucks is just way to much to go to the boat docking

  3. Prize money for the boat docking contest has to come from somewhere. Enough people will pony up $17 to fill those stands to capacity with standing room only.

  4. Christy Hickman is running the show? Wow,I hope she's better than when she was Sts' Attny. Well the real reason she's there is because
she's got her name in the hat for the judgeship Danny Long is now holding. Also the Black lady from the Public Defenders' office. The second string is Dan Powell and Kirk Simpkins. I wonder if those touting her and the others realizes they have to be a viable candidate
in the confirmation electoral bid they have to undergo to KEEP that job. I don't know how the powers that be think that will happen. Hickman got beat to death in her re-election bid with John Phoebus behind her (another loser). The others are Democrats except Powell who was passed over the last time and our Governor is a Republican. I think they'ed do well to realize their power broker (Judge Simpkins) is dead and buried and now the voters will have SOME SAY in the matter.
