When 700 delegates leave and aren't allowed back in, that leaves 700 empty seats. There aren't 700 more delegates waiting for seats somewhere; all of the delegates are either seated or they're not allowed back in because they left (and they're Bernie supporters). So the people we see filling those seats came off the streets. They're fitted with delegate-like hats and pins and such, but they're not the official delegates we might think that they are. They're fakes.
One tactic used for eons in warfare: make your enemy think that you are in great numbers.
Let's hope they have the same ratio of voters on election day!
