That's not a tornado. Simply low level clouds. And in regards to your post about certain stations being alerted of a tornado touchdown: the National Weather Service confirms those, not fire stations. Nothing has been confirmed, and chances are, nothing will be confirmed.
I could have sworn, just a few minutes ago, that Dan said this weather was NOT favorable to tornados.
