Thanks ocpd. They need to go check around those bridges for more. I have seen at least 4 dead kittens on the bridges this spring. So glad they saved this lil one!

I think there is a disturbed person dumping kittens on the bridge. It happened last summer too.
God Bless the kitty and the other kittys that may have been abandoned and the officers.
