    We do not know about the authenticity of the document shown here.
    However, those of us who read about American and Israeli intelligence agencies and their covert operations are not surprised by the document's claim.

    The CIA created ISIS as well as Al Queida (Al CIA Duh') and use them as tools for chaos in foreign governments.
