    Traffic lights are so confusing; always changing colors frim one to another, arrows pointing left... No wonder there's accidents!

    Appears they were turning left out of KMart parking lot onto Tilghman. If so there is no stop light. I will say there is a lot of confusion there with a mixture of intersections. You have to make sure all is looking everywhere when entering Tilghman.

    Dont you just love how the vehicles can still be driven and these idiots just leave them there causing traffic jams. People! No cop is gonna break out his CSI kit for these accidents. Move your vehicle off the roadway to a safe location. Pull over.
