PRINCESS ANNE — Princess Anne Police Chief Tim Bozman reports that officers responded to the wooded area behind Food Lion here on Sunday, June 5 to investigate a report of a deceased person being located.
Police were able to identify the person as Tiffany Huang Moisan, 48, from Kemp Nursery Road, located near Princess Anne. She had been reported missing her family on June 4.
Moisan’s body was transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for an autopsy. “Although there was no apparent signs of foul play, this incident remains under investigation pending results from the autopsy,” the chief stated in a prepared news release.
Moisan worked at the Wallops Flight Facility for more than 15 years. Previously she worked at the University of California, and went to school at Texas A&M, earning her Ph.D. at Scripps Institution of Oceanography.

Suicide is not "foul play." I can read between the lines.
ReplyDeletePlease be sensitive. This young woman was married, had two children, was an outstanding scientist, and she suffered for more than a decade with a serious and sometimes debilitating chronic illness. This is heartbreaking.
