Local Facebook page "Stupid drivers on Delmarva" posted this picture of a disabled person in transit during the rain. When asked by someone what was stupid about it? They didn't respond. I think it's terrible that someone, especially a local person, group or page have gone this low.
I'm pretty sure disabled people are sometimes stupid too. Those who are only physically disable..not mentally are just like everyone else in their head.
We have several group homes around us and they ride these up and down the highway at all hours.saw one after dark driving in the wrong lane.the people running these group homes are just collecting a paycheck
It is illegal for these people to drive their motorized wheel chairs on the roadways. The State Police has been trying to catch that guy that lives in Mill Pond Village. He rides right down the road and crosses Rt. 13 all the time. It is illegal and dangerous.
I'm sure there are are a lot of things that are illegal, but he still needs to cross the road. I see many "Deaf Child" signs in the county, so I honk! Why can't we make arrangements for this soul? He's not getting better and still needs to live, Douchebags! Can't we get together with the City and provide proper signage for this person? He's not going to get better, so let's all deal with reality here.
Or, you can have him continually arrested for traffic violations just for fun.
Why not paint him a crosswalk? He's here. He's not going anywhere.
Thank you, I was astonished at the cold heartedness. Maybe all of you super people should put up your cars and try to get around like these guys do. Sheesh.
Hes paralyzed..not an idiot. He knows where to cross the street...just chooses not too. Why should the law not apply to him. Its not mean to want someone to follow tules of the road.
