Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., says it would be impractical to attempt to deport individuals on the terror watch lists whom she thinks should be barred from purchasing weapons.
"I think you'd have a big hassle, particularly if they come under [the] visa waiver [program], how do you just pick them up and deport them?" Feinstein told the Washington Examiner. "There's no law that says you can."
Foreign nationals are part of the discussion about how to respond to the Orlando terrorist attack, which was carried about by a U.S. citizen born to Afghan parents. Sen. Susan Collins, R-Maine, has proposed a ban on weapons sales to individuals on the no-fly list and the selectee list, which provides extra scrutiny for certain air travelers, but Senate Democrats worry that it doesn't include a ban on weapon sales for foreign nationals.

No law says we can deport them. But new obama executive orders with homeland security says we can incarcerate them indefinitely with no access to lawyers or even a phone call! The law which was originally intended to imprison American citizens who speak against the government can be used! There is a law from ww2 that says we can round em up in pow camps until we figure out who as well! Ike did this to Japanese and Japanese Americans during the war!
ReplyDeleteIt's a big hassle to bury the people they murder too. It's a big hassle to treat the cocaine and heroin overdoses they cause by horsing the drugs over the border.
ReplyDeleteIt's a big hassle to undo the damage SHE has done to 7 year old girls that have been raped and damaged for life by the illegals she finds a HASSLE to deport.
She is a SCUMBAG DEMOCRAT! Ought to be punished for being an idiot.
1026 don't know where you're getting your info but you're wrong. Illegal aliens are here illegally (the meaning of illegal) and therefore subject to deportation. They can and should be deported and denied future entry. Second of all the Japanese Americans during WWII was atrocious overstep of FDR's executive order privilege. The two have nothing to do with the other. Japanese Americans were unjustly treated but the illegals today are raping economy and killing Americans.
ReplyDeleteBy the way 1026, Japanese Americans didn't speak out against America during WWII. In fact, many of them enlisted and were allowed to leave detainment to serve. They were put in detention because of politicians who misinformed FDR. It was because of discrimination the Japanese Americans were interred without due process. Their crime was only their ethnicity.
ReplyDeleteWith illegals today, they came illegally to US. There's a huge difference. Comparing peaches with cantaloupes.
You really need to study history from a neutral stance before trying to inform people or you are purposefully trying to misinform people.
Illegals are not entitled to coverage of our constitution. Sorry 1026 but that's just the facts. People entering illegal are not citizens of US.
