ReplyDeleteyea give them a blank check with no accountability or rules of how it will work. Seems like a half baked idea from the start. I am glad the council voted this down and I hope they continue to do so.

Please explain why you object to a scholarship? All community colleges offer scholarships thru the financial aid office. There is always criteria to be met before the monies are issued.
