Hey Idiots, These Are Not Parking Spots For The Privileged
However, in this case, these idiots pulled up, parked, locked their vehicles and then went shopping.
So freaking aggravating - I've seen this happen too.

ReplyDeleteBe careful, these thugs will physically attack you if you call them out on it personally. The only thing to do is to call a fireman or a policeman - they are parked in a fire lane. If them management won't call them out - the only recourse is the law that was written to protect all citizens by making this a no parking area!
ReplyDeleteManagement should have announced on PA system the tag numbers of the cars, give description and say, if cars illegally parked under the overhang, are not moved immediately, the police will be called and/or cars will be towed.
DeleteSam's needs to enforce and tow. Are there signs? Unattended vehicles should not be allowed.

ReplyDelete99% of the time these scofflaws are of a certain race that feels rules and laws don't apply to them. This belief is reinforced by the lack of confrontation by persons in charge, for fear of being labeled a "Racist", for simply wanting to enforce fairness and rules.

and using a key for purposes not originally intended.
At my local Food Lion store this happens daily.I once even saw an old man drive right up on the concrete apron within a foot of the exits.Literally drove up on the sidewalk right in front of the Redbox and Blue Rhino kiosks.I have also seen people tossing dirty diapers out of their cars in these public lots not to mention all the "spitters" who feel they have to spit on the ground or sidewalk every 5 minutes.You truly realize how common and unpolished people are in public,and wonder how they are private.

DeleteActually the store should be cited and charged for failing to keep an open fire lane, IMHO. If their head offices were to suddenly be looking at litigation I pretty sure this BS would stop.

Fireman can't do anything and police officers WON'T do anything and that is a fact. Occasionally I see a Salisbury PD officer at Walmart ticketing the inconsiderate parking in Handicap parking spaces. On another note there are many people getting HC parking passes only they are abusers.
