    It would be great if something could be done. The college kids are TERRIBLE at this. Their half eaten food containers, bottles & cans litter my yard & sidewalk CONSTANTLY. Sometimes I have to change where I walk the dog to prevent cut feet. It's disgusting & outrageous! (I'm not going to mention the "greenies" spattered everywhere. Talk about nasty.)

    I think it "all of the above." I hate litterers. Out side of Delmar is terrible also. People just throw stuff out with impunity. I can't understand it. Do they think so little of themselves?
