Subject: 2 men charged with kidnapping, raping 12-year-old girl in Maryland

WHEATON, Md. (ABC7) — Police say they believe a 12-year old-girl may have been sexually assaulted in D.C., Maryland, and Virginia, and now two men are under arrest.

On Wednesday, Montgomery County Police arrested 24-year-old Enrique Carbajal and 19-year-old Victor Tome, who are rommates at a Wheaton apartment.

Police say Carbajal is an acquaintance of the 12-year-old girl's family.

Police say Carbajal and Tome met the girl on March 26 in Washington without the girl's parent's permission.

D.C. Police say they have charged Carbajal with first-degree child sexual abuse for what allegedly happened at the spot where they met, which was in the 5100 block of 8th St. NW.
