Former Horner Honda and Fratelli's Properties Sold
Over the course of the last month Henry Hanna, CCIM, SIOR and Wesley Cox, CCIM of the Hanna Team have sold two investment properties on the South Side of Salisbury. The former Horner Honda property on Rt. 13 across from Salisbury University has been sold for redevelopment, and the former Fratelli's Restaurant has been sold to an investor who is currently looking for a tenant for the space.
I wonder what the plans are for the future of these properties? I miss Horner Honda. I will now have either order my parts online or go to Dover for my 03 Honda Shadow for repair and servicing. Don't want to give up this bike!
The Horner Honda building is six shades of 1970's utilitarian ugly. It'll be good to see it gone, but only if there's something put there with some decent architectural character.
Bud Horner retired after years of serving us with great parts and service. Now, he's got that cruise ship money! Have a happy retirement, Bud. You earned it!

The whole Fratelli's thing doesn't make sense. Looking for a tenant? For a burned out building?
ReplyDeleteI'm sure Salisbury University indirectly bought it, They have unlimited tax payer funds and are buying up Salisbury.
ReplyDeleteWhy do the signs still say AVAILABLE? Realtors love to crow after all.
ReplyDeleteHow about another homeless shelter.
ReplyDeleteRight a mattress store or a fast cash joint.
ReplyDeleteBud Horner is laughing at you all the way to Aruba!
ReplyDeleteI heard the university bought the skate land building and will throwing all tenants out. Is this true?
