Dozens of bills to take effect without governor's signature

Hogan to veto Anne Arundel County School Board bill
ANNAPOLIS, Md. —The governor provided an assessment Tuesday of his second legislative session.

The governor said some of the bills that landed on his desk early were not worth signing or vetoing.

Of 30 bills that have already landed on Gov. Larry Hogan's desk this session, he has signed three, vetoed two and will let the rest go into law without his signature.
