  3. The Dems are licking their chops hoping Trump wins.

  4. Trump is bringing new voters to the republican primary, which is scaring the bejevies out of the democrats. In all the states that voted on Tuesday, three million more republicans came out to vote than democrats.

  5. In Georgia yesterday, 1.2 million republicans voted. By contrast the democrats had 749K come out to vote. Combined, that's breaks down to 63% republican and 37% democrat of all Georgians' that voted.

Now, Trump isn't going to get all the republican votes, just as Hillary isn't going to get all the democrat votes. And some voters will cross party lines. I think it's more likely that a Bernie supporter will vote for Trump, than a Cruz or Rubio supporter will vote for Hillary, just because Trump is anti-establishment just like Bernie.

I think it's fair to say that Georgia will vote Republican in the general election.

You can apply this same scenario to all the other states that have voted. So far, the republican vote has exceeded the democratic in every single state.

This is shaping up as a landslide victory for Trump.

  6. 9:15 No, this will be 1964 all over again. Seriously doubt Trump will win any states in the general.

  7. I think it's fair to say no Democrat will win Georgia.

  8. 9:30 you might be right, but the numbers say something different.

In South Carolina 737K republicans voted compared to 367K democrats. Combined all SC voters, that's approximately 66% republican, 34% democrat.

How much margin of error is needed? 10%? Trump still beats Hillary by 10 points.

  9. Gosh some of you are thick. In Georgia and SC, there are obviously more republicans than democrats to begin with. Of course the GOP primary had more voters!
