Victim(s): Gymboree located in the White Marlin Mall, Ocean City

Accused: Taysha Nycole Maddox, 26 yoa of Salisbury, MD

Johnette Arlyssa Huntley, 24 yoa of Princess Anne, MD

Charges: Theft less $100 of value.

Disposition: Charged and released, pending trial.

Narrative: On 03/15/2016 at approximately 5:15pm, TPR Willey from the Berlin Barrack responded to the Gymboree located at 12741 Ocean Gateway, Ocean City, Worcester County, Maryland in reference to a theft in progress.

Upon arrival contact was made with Taysha Nycole Maddox and Johnette Arlyssa Huntley as they were caught in the act of shoplifting clothing. Both Maddox and Huntley were placed under arrest and taken back to the Maryland State Police Berlin Barrack for processing. Both subjects were issued a criminal citation for the incident and released.
