This is a perfect example of the difference between compliance and risk mitigation....implemented by stupidity!That helmet is essentially useless - and from a competence/training standpoint, the person wearing it is probably useless too!
If I were her boss she would not be on the job.
When something hits her in the head, she will SUE!
730 helmet saved my life twice. However the way she is wearing it is useless. She probably knows worc/comp will cover her.
Most times they're useless anyway. Like during a fall the first question asked is was a hard hat worn. And you liars above have no idea what that is or you would not call it a helmet.
