Charges: Disorderly Conduct, trespassing - Arrested Michael J. Defilippo 53 yoa Ocean City , Maryland - New York
Narrative: On 03/08/2016 at approximately 1946 hours, Troopers for the Maryland State Police Berlin Barracks responded to the Hooters in West Ocean City for a trespass/ disorderly subject identified as Michael J. Defilippo 53 yoa.
Witnesses advised Defilippo would continue to return after several re-occurring incidents at Hooters. Defilippo would persistently threaten and harass the staff.
Defillipo again returned several times after given a no trespass order from a Trooper on the previous evening.
Ignoring the trespass order, Defillipo returned again on 03/08/2016 and was escorted off of the property by Hooters managerial staff.
Troopers subsequently located Defillipo and placed him under arrest.
Defillipo continued to act in a disorderly manner and subsequently made threats towards Law Enforcement personnel.
Disposition: Held 3,000 Bond

ReplyDeleteThreat against a public official and only that? I saw a local guy had a huge bond for barking about a teacher on an answering machine. Amazing how they target people.
