More like Middleburg VA. More shops dedicated to pets than anything. Even the Safeway and other groceries reflect the areas love of dogs. Not just one aisle for pet products but multiple. Pet products and wine make up the majority of grocery stores there. Won't see any dogs outside in a 10 x 10 kennel w/small house. Even hounds used for hunting have acres of fencing and their own human sized houses complete w/kitchens and bathing and grooming rooms.
