    Just an educated guess but I believe that the correct date is December 15, 1791 - Virginia was the the last to ratify

    I had no idea. I knew it post-dated 1776 and was before 1800 but not the exact year.

    They did it on a Thursday so that they could have a long weekend in Philadelphia before returning home on Monday. Sort of like when politicians visit Salisbury today.
