  1. Yes , especially after comments made by none other than Hillary , she would appoint Obama to the supreme court.

  2. An autopsy should be done. The Democrats wasted no time getting the wheels in motion to appoint one of their own.

  3. I'm not sure what to think...one thing is for sure though, timing of his passing sucks! I mean the wife says no autopsy and one wasn't done, I really don't understand that when he had been to his own doctor twice in one week before this trip, yet he was alone at his passing and he wasn't feeling good the night before, leaving dinner early...breakfast passes then lunch passes before someone goes to check on him...something just doesn't seem right and I'm sorry it doesn't pass my sniff test! however, given his position and in light of who he was to this country, as well his family, if I were his wife I would have owed it to him and his children to make sure it was a heart attack and completely rule out any foul play thru that autopsy that wasn't done...not saying there was foul play but we won't really know for sure now will we????

  5. The medical examiner contacted the attending physician and he stated no foul play so an autopsy was not ordered. Get your facts straight.

  6. I read one article that stated that he died because of a heart attack. Then I read another article that said he died of a heart attack and was found with a pillow over his head. Now I don't know about you but I've never heard of a heart attack victim grabbing for a pillow. I always heard they "grabbed their chest" as the attack started. But you know the media. I probably wouldn't believe them if both stories agreed totally. They report what they want to and they tell stories the way they want you to hear them and react, not they way they actually happened.

But I will say this. I sure hope a new guy/gal doesn't get appointed for a while, if you know what I mean.

  7. I don't care what the wife wants - and yes, I am very sorry for her. But this was an unattended death and as such a thorough autopsy should be done. The timing is just too suspicious. And why did they wait so long to check on him???

  8. You have to wonder. The CIA, among others (KGB, etc) have very effective ways of taking people out and making it look 'natural'.

As corrupt as the current administration is, I cannot just assume all is well.

  9. That was the first thought to cross my mind when I heard the news. It was reported this morning on Fox that he was found with a pillow over his head. I don't know how true that is, but if so, I would consider that a sign of foul play. He was murdered because they couldn't buy or threaten him into submission like they did john roberts. It is sad when the first suspect in peoples' minds is a corrupt evil government.

    1. Haha you may not realize the irony of what you just said, but yes it is sad when coo-coo conservatives who listen to too much Alex Jones think the first suspect is a corrupt evil government.

He was 79 and overweight, people. His personal doctor himself said he'd been dealing with a health issue for weeks. It's very sad for his family, but let the man rest in peace and remember his legal legacy. Don't buy into some crackpot politically motivated theories.

  11. I was under the impression that an autopsy was always ordered in the case of an unattended death?
