Meanwhile On The Wicomico River...

It's no wonder residents in affordable housing are ticked off. They pay $300.00 a month for a brand new condo and they have to put up with views like this!

    Well, $300 a month usually does guarantee a landfill view.

    It was stupid to put affordable housing on the river. Should have been upscale condos for tax-paying citizens!

    Artists first, others second. Filled now with over 75% artists.

    The unfinished building was there for over five years, with no interested parties. Even Joe wasn't interested. (ha!)

    No wonder Salisbury's The Crotch of the Eastern Shore. There is no other way to put it than stupid people who actually are foolish enough to believe that 75% of the residents of that building are actually artists.
