Could it be that he is putting chains on his drive wheels and connecting the chain to a sturdy fixed object behind the trailor so that if he starts the engine on the truck and begins to drive it will actually wind up the chain and pull him backwards? I have too much time on my hands...
I am not sure. I am assuming he is preparing the trailer to be hoisted back over the railing and onto the highway he fell off of. I had to look at it for a few minutes. I thought this was photoshopped at first. Just glad I'm not him or the driver. lol
