Lynch, Holly and Baldwin, Richard
Incident: Wanted Subjects
Date of Incident: 22 January 2016
Location: 28000 block of Ocean Gateway, Salisbury, MD
Suspect:
1. Holly Star Lynch, 49, Snow Hill, MD
2. Richard Scott Baldwin, 35, Newark, MD
Narrative: On 22 January 2015 at 10:30 AM a deputy stopped a vehicle operated by Holly Lynch for a registration violation. During the stop, the deputy discovered that both Lynch and her passenger Richard Baldwin were both wanted on warrants.
Lynch was wanted on a District Court Bench Warrant that was issued after she failed to pay a deferred fine in a CDS case. The District Court Commissioner released Lynch on unsecured bond.
Baldwin was wanted on a District Court Bench Warrant that was issued after he failed to appear for a felony theft case. The District Court Commissioner released Baldwin on unsecured bond.
Charges: Failure to Pay / Failure to Appear


Burns, Brett
Incident: Wanted Subject
Date of Incident: 23 January 2016
Location: 1200 block of Pemberton Drive, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Brett Victor Burns, 28, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 23 January 2015 at 4:30 PM a deputy located Brett Burns on Pemberton Drive and took him into custody on an open arrest warrant. A District Court Bench Warrant was issued after Burns failed to pay a deferred fine in a CDS Possession case.
Burns was processed at the Central Booking Unit and he was released by the District Court Commissioner on Personal Recognizance.
Charges: Failure to Pay

McCready, Patrick
Incident: Theft
Date of Incident: 25 January 2016
Location: 200 block of Branch Street, Mardela Springs, MD
Suspect: Patrick Earl McCready Jr., 28, Mardela Springs, MD
Narrative: On 25 January 2015 at 11:00 AM, a deputy charged Patrick McCready with shoplifting at the Dollar General Store in Mardela Springs. It was reported the McCready walked out of the store without paying for a USB plug and a flashlight.
McCready was charged on a Criminal Summons and he will have an initial appearance in front of a District Court judge on a future court date.
Charges: Theft under $100.00 


Robert Allen Todd
Incident: Wanted Subject
Date of Incident: 25 January 2016
Location: Wicomico County, MD
Suspect: Robert Allen Todd, 25, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 25 January 2015 at 12:00 PM a deputy arrested Robert Todd on two District Court Bench Warrants. Both were issued after Todd failed to appear for Violation of Probation hearings in two cases. One where he had been already convicted of Assault 2nd Degree and the other where he had already been convicted of theft under $1,000.00.
The warrants were issued back in February 2015 and Todd had been featured as one of Wicomico County’s Most wanted back in October 2015.
Todd was processed at the Central Booking Unit and was detained by the District Court Commissioner in the Detention Center on a total bond of $60,000.00.
Charges: Failure to Appear

Overstreet, Jacob
Incident: Wanted Subject
Date of Incident: 25 January 2016
Location: Wicomico County, MD
Suspect: Jacob Overstreet, 19, Cambridge, MD
Narrative: On 25 January 2015 at 2:19 PM a deputy arrested Jacob Overstreet on a District Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Overstreet violated the terms of his probation following a conviction for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.
Overstreet was processed at the Central Booking Unit and was detained in the Detention Center by the District Court Commissioner in lieu of $10,000.00 bond.
Charges: Violation of Probation

  2. Looks like the Who's Who of the soon to be incarcerated. Surly bunch. Guess this week they're only looking for white folks. I sense a theme happening here.
