  6. If any of you know anything about the law, you would know he cannot be arrested. Although he was seated in the drivers seat both times, the keys were NOT in the ignition. In both cases, the vehicle was turned off and the keys were not in the ignition. Therefore, by law, he was not in physical control of the vehicle. The law is the law. Don't hate the officer for following the law. Not a single officer observed him driving or in physical control of the vehicle. So many of you like to come on here and act like you know the law but you honestly have no idea of what it takes to meet the threshold for an arrest. You watch too much TV. You're the same people who think all crime gets solved in 1 hour because that's what you see on TV. Leave the police work to the professionals. If you know so much and are so well versed on the law, quit your job at Burger King and go to the academy and come out here and show us how it's done.

    2. Knowing the law? They know so little of the law that they make it up as they go! Then let the prosecution twist words into how an ignorant cop who didn't know the way is justified over good intent or now the ignorance of the law is acceptable only for cops! Question.... Were the keys in the drunk cops hand? Dosent have to be in the ignition! In the hand of the hole..... There is intent to drive drunk! Same difference. I know this... If this video was with a civilian in the car.... They would still be arrested for drunk and disorderly, public intoxication, some how.... The civilians will be charged.

That is the exact bottom line, folks.
The 'blue cult' is above you, civilian, and don't you dare expect equality.

  9. The cop admits he is drunk and he admits he was just driving. That is evidence recorded and proof he is guilty. It should be used in court to lock him us and he should lose hi job.
