(CNSNews.com) -- A new think tank report takes aim at the Black Lives Matter movement’s contention that law enforcement’s use of lethal force unequally targets blacks compared to other racial or ethnic groups.
According to the report by the Manhattan Institute for Policy Research, not only are a higher percentage of whites and Hispanics killed by police, the greater threat to blacks comes from violent criminals within their own communities.
“The evidence does not support the conclusion that American police are waging a racist war against blacks,” Manhattan senior fellow Heather Mac Donald writes.
“The Black Lives Matter movement has been a counterproductive distraction from the real violence problem facing black communities: violence from criminals, not the police,” the report concludes.

It didn't take a "think tank" to figure that one out.
ReplyDeleteWhat a surprise!
ReplyDeleteAnyone with any sense knows this has been the case for decades. Look up shooting death statistics from the 50's to today and you'll see they skyrocket with the explosion of the inner city drug problem, starting in the late 60's. It's a complete denial of reality and a delusion of being repressed. But good luck explaining that to them.
ReplyDeleteLike we didn't know this locally, where 90%+ of murders are perpetrated by AA/black/#1 men and women against AA/black/#1 men and women. Most of these are committed over turf/drugs/money/women/gang & social clique conflicts.
ReplyDeleteThey've been killing each other for quite a while...maybe we should just let them - instead of reducing overall crime!
ReplyDeleteIt's simple. Black lives are threatened by black lives. No way to say it. White lives are threatened by black lives. All lives are threatened by black lives! The numbers and stats don't lie.
ReplyDeleteBlacks are a direct threat to the safety of everyone in America. Just look at the WBOC news emails and see how many of the criminals are white compared to how many are blacks. Facts DO NOT lie. Ask any of them to explain why they do not address the issue of blacks killing blacks. And see how they answer you. I have asked for any black to respond to comments I have made on other web sites and explain to me why they DO NOT address the issue of blacks killing blacks, and NOT ONE has done so.
