The victim sustained obvious trauma to her upper body resulting in her death.

Earlier today at approximately 8:39 a.m., a Trooper responded to a suspicious person complaint located on Bacons Road west of Bi-State Boulevard, Delmar. The individual was reported walking in the middle of the road acting in a suspicious manner. The subject was identified as Dukinson Appolon. 3. Could they use the words - "comprehensive investigation" one more time? There was nothing "comprehensive" about it, it was a no brainer. DSP - pat yerself on the back much?

  6. "..which caused the Trooper to deploy his divisionally issued Taser.."

Why do they feel like they need to use such silly jargon?

Why can't you just say "The Trooper subdued him with his Taser."

  8. 523, they left out the part that he did so while his fully marked patrol car had it's lights fully activated according to proper police department standards! That would have added so much more credibility to the story!
These cops need to get nearer to humanity.

  10. @ 6:26PM. I am a current Dove Pointe employee, have been there for over 4 years now, and fail to see why where I or anyone else currently works or used to work has any bearing on this matter at all. Instead of being saddened by the tragic event that took place and the aftermath that followed, you chose to focus on an unrelated topic. The only challenged person I see is you.
