    Have these people been found guilty?
    If not, why are their photos and charges being posted? Are they not assumed innocent under US law unless/until convicted?

    4:53 - the news is full of people accused of crimes every night. None of those have been convicted either. This information is public record. Joe posts sheriff's department arrests every week or more, do you complain then to?

    I'm pretty sure these people weren't arrested for spite, pretty sure there was evidence recovered in each arrest. Maybe the police planted the evidence? Is that what you're saying?

    maybe they should be found guilty before posting them on the internet. Sometimes its an honest mistake unless you are saying these people were hiding items in their purses or under thei clothing or running out of store without paying
