When Islamists commit violent attacks on innocent people, they don't call in "threats". If they did, it was merely to watch how the response and timing unfolds, to better plan a future atrocity.
ReplyDeleteNo forewarning, they rely on unpreparedness and surprise to maximize casualties.
How often...what percentage of "bomb threats" turned out to be actual, live explosives planted in site? Probably very few.
