Thanks, but I decided to build my new home in another state and am spending the cost of a sprinkler system on a home theater room and his/her bathrooms/walk-in closets. Would have built it on my 5 acre waterfront property but screw MD and its taxes. Keeping the old home for a weekend getaway.

I will build in Delmar Delaware next year. No sales tax, a right to protect myself and family, and not a $8,000.00 required fire suppression system. My home is appraised in between 176,00.00 to 185,00.00. I will put it on the market for 170,000.00 just to get out of Maryland.

You have to install a holding tank.
