  2. Eighth offense - should have been sent to a permanent monitoring program after the second offense! He gave up his rights when he committed the crimes!

  3. Okay, Delaware, listen up!

If you can't do better than allowing a chronic, life threatening, emotionally challenged individual like this on you roadways, I'm not driving into or doing business in your state again. Enough is enough.

  4. Makes no since. You get charged with a gram of pot. You have to do drug classes, probation, etc. I have read to many times in the past year of people being charged with DUI number 3,4,5,6,7,8.. When will the judge's decision in Delaware start to prosecute the drunks more like the pot smokers ? Just shows that some judge and lawyer have some big pockets....

  5. If they let this guy slide again, he's going to kill somebody else, whether he's got a license or not.

  10. He probably doesn't have a driver license but chooses to drive anyway.

I don't know what his deal is but I know this, he's lucky he didn't hit my 22 year old daughter head on because he was drunk.

  11. Delaware needs to lock him up, period. This state has tons of offenders like this, on their 8th, 12th, whatever DUI.

A state boycott of a travel and business was a good suggestion. Has to be enough people to make a difference, though. And businesses especially need to know that's why they are being boycotted, so THEY can clamp down on their so-called leaders.
