For decades the real gliders that carried people were the rage.Airplanes would take off with them in tow and then release them once aloft.There was actually an exclusive club where each member had piloted a glider from coast to coast.Sorry if I got off track,but this brings back really fond memories.

ReplyDeleteUsed to pick these up at drug fair on rt 13 south on sundays they were the only place open on sunday in salisbury back then.
