Georgia Democratic Rep. John Lewis says Barack Obama has been treated different “because of his race.”
In an interview with CNBC’s John Harwood, Lewis denied that Obama made America anymore divided, claiming, “I don’t think he made it worse. I think there were people, because of his election, made a conscious decision and said, that we will not give him a victory.”
“I don’t think this president, I don’t think he’s solely responsible for the country being so divided. We all are responsible for it,” Lewis argued.
Yes, immediately coming to the side of one race, without any facts, only to have mud on your face in the long haul... definitely doesn't help with the division. Moron. If Elijah had a twin brother.
Lewis along with Representative Cummings are two of the biggest racist in congress. Every issue, every problem, is always the fault of the mean white population. Never own up to the fact that the blacks bring much of their own problems on themselves. Race baiters like Sharpton, Jackson and Lewis and Cummings are why race relations will never be corrected in this country.
This is so blatantly stupid that it defies logic. It can only be meant to incite, and will only work on the very-low-info crowd. To most, he exposes himself as a desperate race-baiter.
He is correct. A white president would have been impeached if he'd broken the law like Obama has.
