ReplyDeleteIsn't this just a bit ambiguous. 2 Males? Okay, that accounts for about 47% of the world's population. Dark clothing accounts for a lot more. Have we really come to such fear where wanted criminals cannot be described in terms of race? Insane. Not even worth the MSP even posting this nonsense if they don't have more of description than this!
ReplyDelete#1 male is a description of race. It is the code for African American.
Delete"#1" male means black male in police speak. A "#2" male in police speak means a white male. In other words, without all the PC speech, the cops are looking for two black guys who committed this crime.

ReplyDeleteIf I'm reading it right, it says they're looking for 2 #2's.. which by your description is white males, not black males. If they're using police jargon, they are more than likely talking to each other at the scene. This isn't a description for the public to help locate them. It's banter amongst the team already there. That would make a lot more sense. Of course, if the witness only gave this as their description, that's all they can say. Just an observation.

DeleteWell 10:13... You read wrong.... No biggie I did at first as well. A number #1 male used to be white male in police jargon. Since most crimes in the time were committed by white males. But over time it has changed. A #1 male is now a black male. As in days of old.... The number one race to commit the most crime. Almost seems racist but its not. Numbers and stats don't lie.
