    If you and the Police started publishing the photo's and names of the "Juveniles" this would help stop their fledgling life of crime. Not getting the shame of punishment doesn't detour bad behavior.

    Police letting the stores do their work for them. And yes, publish juvie's names. They want to do an adult crime, they get adult attention!
