Chicago Man Helps Toddler Smoke Marijuana

Police have opened an investigation into a video that purportedly shows a diaper-clad toddler smoking marijuana.

In the video, a grown man — off-camera — tells the young child to “inhale it.”

Additionally, the man can be heard saying “let me hit that,” before the video abruptly ends.

    Guarantee this kid 3rd class citizenship, a ticket to lifetime poverty and drug abuse (for however long that lasts), and an addled brain that can't distinguish right from wrong or here from there.
    Where most kids take $500,000 for parents to raise, this one will cost $2,000,000 in public resources, not even counting the judicial system.

    Pot is harmless so it won't hurt the kid, but, there's always a but, he is probably a little too young to enjoy the benefits unless he has some type of disease.

    How would you know what happens in ghetto hoods? and yes 'idiots' what pot to be grown everywhere. stop being so scared and racist.

    I wonder if we will have to pay royalties to the gov't since they have a patent on pot?
